**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
On September 3, 2008 at 7 PM, the Vista Irrigation District Board of Directors will hold a public
hearing to discuss the adoption of a Drought Response Conservation Program, which establishes conservation
requirements for customers during a drought. We will be hosting a workshop on July 16 at 8:30 AM to discuss
the program with the public and receive comments. The public is encouraged to attend the workshop and/or public
hearing and provide input on this program. The workshop and hearing will take place at the District's office
located at 1391 Engineer Street in Vista. Further information may be obtained by calling the Board Secretary at
