**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

The Vista Irrigation District Board of Directors has declared a Level 2 Drought Alert. The District implemented mandatory water conservation measures effective June 1, 2009. Customers must water landscaping on assigned days before 10 AM or after 6 PM, eliminate irrigation run-off, not wash down driveways or sidewalks and repair leaks within 72 hours of being notified by the District.   Click here for more information on assigned landscape watering days and other mandatory water conservation measures.

The Vista Irrigation District provides water to much of northern San Diego County in California, including the city of Vista, and portions of San Marcos, Escondido, Oceanside and unincorporated areas of the county.
