**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
The Vista Irrigation District Board of Directors has declared a Level 2 Drought Alert. The District will implement mandatory water conservation measures effective June 1, 2009. Customers must water landscaping on assigned days before 10 AM or after 6 PM, eliminate irrigation run-off, not wash down driveways or sidewalks, stop operating fountains or decorative water features and repair leaks within 72 hours of being notified by the District.
