**IMPORTANT NOTICE** The Vista Irrigation District Board of Directors has declared a Level 2 Drought Alert. The District will implement mandatory water conservation measures effective June 1, 2009. Customers must water landscaping on assigned days before 10 AM or after 6 PM, eliminate irrigation run-off, not wash down driveways or sidewalks, stop operating fountains or decorative water features and repair leaks within 72 hours of being notified by the District.   Click here for more information on assigned landscape watering days and other mandatory water conservation measures.
