B.
Parks, golf courses (except greens), child care centers (except playing surfaces) and school grounds (except playing surfaces) shall not be irrigated between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, except for areas where grass has been newly seeded or reseeded. Watering is permitted at any time if a hand-held hose equipped with a positive shut-off nozzle is used, a hand-held faucet-filled bucket of five (5) gallons or less is used, or micro-irrigation system/equipment is used. There are no restrictions when reclaimed water is used.

C.

Watering is permitted at any time if a hand-held hose equipped with a positive shut-off nozzle is used, a hand-held faucet-filled bucket of five (5) gallons or less is used or micro-irrigation system/equipment is used.

D.
Water shall not be used to wash down sidewalks, streets, driveways, parking areas, tennis courts, patios or other paved areas, except to alleviate immediate fire or sanitation hazards. Upon direction of a public agency having jurisdiction over streets, arrangements may be made with the district to allow for the use of water for purposes of eliminating a safety hazard or for maintaining, repairing, constructing or reconstructing streets.

E.
Private vehicle washing shall be done using a bucket - no hoses permitted. Such washings are exempted from these regulations where the health, safety and welfare of the public is contingent upon frequent vehicle cleaning such as garbage trucks and vehicles used to transport food and perishables.
